Paula Prince - Director, Client Success
As a Director on our Client Success team, Paula brings over 10 years of experience in international development, non-profit leadership, technology services and client relations. She is excited about the ability to work at the intersection of technology and social impact and helping impact organizations tell their stories using data and analytics.
Paula joins UpMetrics from Gartner, a leader in global technology research and consulting, where she was a Lead Client Success Manager, connecting CIOs and IT executives in Canada to business and technology insights. Prior to Gartner, Paula was the Chief Program Officer at the international NGO, Hope for Haiti. During her five-year tenure at the organization, she occupied a variety of roles focused on fostering sustainable communities in rural Haiti, through investments in education, healthcare, clean water, infrastructure, and social enterprises. Paula holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisville and an M.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy from the American Graduate School in Paris.
As a child growing up in Eastern Kentucky, Paula participated in basketball, gymnastics and enjoyed camping and other outdoor activities. She remains engaged in events and issues related to Haiti and international development. She has two daughters and a strong passion for gender equality and empowering women and girls.
