Marketing Operations Manager — Remote (US based)

We are a competitive, passionate and fast growing team of 25 partnering with small and large nonprofits, foundations and impact investors taking on social impact challenges around the world.
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. You will have a very active and important role in creating new processes, improving data quality, and driving the marketing technology strategy from a very early stage. You will lead all aspects of marketing operations to ensure the platforms, tools and processes are in place to generate, capture and nurture demand into leads and opportunities that drive the pipeline. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent cross-functional project management skills, a deep understanding of marketing operations best practices, and a track record of designing and implementing effective and scalable marketing processes and systems. You will have a history of establishing marketing automation processes and working across sales and marketing teams.
