Luisa Sydlik-Smith - Solutions Specialist

​Luisa focuses on setting our clients up for success, through platform implementation and training. Prior to joining UpMetrics, she worked at a translation company, where she was involved in measuring and improving the outputs of machine translation processes. Today, helping clients in the social sector utilize their data effectively to make informed decisions and tell their stories makes her feel part of something big and powerful.

Luisa graduated from Hofstra University with a Management and Marketing degree and now lives in NY. She enjoys that the city has so much to offer, whether opportunities, experiences, or meeting people from all over the world coming from all sort of backgrounds, it never gets boring!

​Luisa has been playing volleyball since she was 7 years old, and she played 4 years of Division 1 volleyball at Hofstra. Now, she enjoys coaching youth volleyball, giving back to the community and passing on her knowledge and experiences.
