Jourdan Perez - Director, Data & Solutions

​Before joining the team, Jourdan spent eight years working in the technology space across a diverse set of industries, most recently as a technology consultant for clients of all sizes. His experiences around data, analytics, and technology implementation have guided teams working in the supply chain, finance, and non-profit spaces. At UpMetrics, Jourdan helps clients leverage their data and technology to make more informed business decisions and tell more impactful stories about the services they provide. He is excited to be able to give back to communities and impact organizations on a larger scale while leveraging his experience in technology and data analytics, bringing together his philanthropic passion with his technical mindset.

Having graduated from Connecticut College with a Mathematics degree, Jourdan moved back to NY, where he grew up. He stays involved in the community by coaching teams for several local youth soccer programs. With the other trainers and coaches, they also set up community fundraisers and run toy drives for the local hospital. Jourdan gives back to the community in ways that he personally felt an impact: thanks to the local youth soccer programs, he was able to develop skills that reached far beyond the field and eventually helped earn exposure and support to attend Connecticut College. He wants to continue giving back to this community and hopefully provide more opportunity for these kids to further their academic career with values learned through sport.

​Outside of work, Jourdan continues playing soccer while coaching teams for the local youth programs. He also has a passion for music and has been DJing since he was young.
