Director of Client Success — San Francisco or Remote

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Client Success to lead client implementation, retention and account expansion at UpMetrics. Working closely with the executive team, this position will leverage strong strategy, leadership and execution skills to build processes, metrics and a world class team to facilitate success.
