We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement & Events Manager (CEEM) to join our dynamic team (and new department) at UpMetrics. This position will report to the Senior Director of Community Strategy. As a CEEM, you will play a crucial role in managing cross-department events and community engagement programs that align with UpMetrics’ goals and values. You will be responsible for the logistical planning, promotion, and delivery of various types of events that support the Community, Marketing, and Customer Success departments across UpMetrics - including industry conferences, webinars, networking dinners, customer meetups, learning sessions, and more - as well as helping foster a sense of belonging, engagement, and collaboration among attendees and community members.

Client Success - Full Time, Remote - Based in Southeast Michigan
This position will report to the Director of Client Success. The Senior Client Manager, Community Impact role combines strategic relationship management, project management, and client advocacy to ensure that our clients realize the full value of the UpMetrics platform. Success in this position requires both a passion for building customer relationships and a solid understanding of the impact sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to play a critical role in transforming the philanthropic sector’s approach to impact evaluation by acting as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of our most dynamic and complex clients.
This position is full-time, remote-based in Southeast Michigan. There will be occasional travel to partner and stakeholder locations in the region, as well as internal company meetings.

As Vice President of Operations, you will be a part of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This role reports to and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer on strategic and financial planning. The role will help align all of our major operational functions, optimize resource allocation, and elevate our overall performance, helping the company achieve our strategic goals as we sustainably grow the business.

Screening Interview: After an initial resume screen, selected candidates will be invited to a phone screening to confirm their experience and align on salary and job expectations.
Manager Interview: An in-depth interview with the hiring manager to dive deeper into their professional background and relevant experience.
Work Sample Interview: To further assess their skills and ability to master the responsibilities of the role they're applying for, candidates have the opportunity to present a completed work sample project (or a live coding session for an Engineering role).
Team Interview: Candidates will meet with various UpMetrics teammates to learn more about our people and culture.
Final Interview: Strong candidates meet with our CEO Drew, then connect with the hiring manager once more to ask any final questions that surfaced during the interview process.
References, Background Check & Offer Letter: Finalists are asked to complete a background check and reference checks to confirm experience and working history. Pending successful reference checks and background checks, a formal offer will be made to the candidate.
